DESCRIPTION
The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a member of the genus Lentivirus, which is part of the Retroviridae family. This virus causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Since his discovery in 1981, AIDS killed more than 25 million people and spread around the world.

THE STRIP FORMAT
In band format kits, the Ready-MasterMix is lyophilized and prepared in white tubes of 0.2 ml arranged in a plate. For the preparation, the respective number of tubes can be easily cut. 50 μl extra DNA / RNA should be pipetted in the tubes, close the tubes with a PCR sheet or plugs and start the test. Tubes are medium profile tubes and adapt to Realline cycles, bio-rad cycles and other.
