DESCRIPTION

The MEDICEXPERT realLINE 48-5 thermocycler has been developed for all types of real-time PCR tests with a 48-well block.
Intended for research laboratories or for high sample throughput applications in diagnostics
.

The realLINE 48-4 thermocycler has five channels :
                ◉ FAM (470 nm – 525 nm)
                ◉ HEX (532 nm – 570 nm)
                ◉ ROX (585 nm – 633 nm)
                ◉ Cy5 (633 nm – 670 nm)
                ◉ Cy5.5 (690 nm – 750 nm)

The realLINE 48-5 thermocycler is compatible with commercially available plates and tubes. The height of the plastic tubes used can be adjusted very easily. Multiple cyclers can be operated by a single computer. Software for additional computers can be provided.
