Unprocessed Chlamydia Trachomatis infections can result in serious reproductive and other health problems with short- and long-term consequences. In both sexes, Chlamydia infection can cause a procedure, trachoma and infertility as well as a prostate, epididymite in humans and cervicts, a PID, an extra-uterine pregnancy and acute pelvic pain / Chronicle in women.
Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a modile negative gram bacterium and the gonorrhea causal agent, one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. In women, gonorrhea can result in serious symptoms such as infertility and abortion. In men, gonorrhea can lead to painful urethrite.

THE STRIP FORMAT
In the band format, the Ready-MasterMix is lyophilized and prepared in 0.2 ml white tubes arranged in a plate. For the preparation, the respective number of tubes can be easily cut. 50 μl extra DNA / RNA should be pipetted in the tubes, close the tubes with a sheet or PCR plugs and start the test. The tubes are medium profile tubes.
